Create Together Responsibly

Use these resources as a starting point for informed planning, not as permission to skip local advice, technical assessment or contributor consent.

What the site provides

jumbiteammeter.art provides general educational information about collaborative art and a browser-based text composer. It is not a project contractor, permitting authority, legal adviser, structural engineer, medical service or safeguarding service. Reading a guide or sending a message does not establish a professional engagement or create a duty to supervise your activity.

Your project remains your responsibility

Organizers must assess their own site, participants, materials, permissions, insurance needs and relevant laws. Obtain qualified advice where the activity requires it. Do not rely on an example to determine whether a coating, fixing, structure or work-at-height arrangement is safe. Follow applicable manufacturer instructions and venue procedures.

Respect contributors’ consent, access needs and rights. Do not use the guides to pressure people into disclosure, publicity or participation. A group’s creative ambition does not override public safety or another person’s legal rights.

Accuracy and availability

We aim to make the material useful and clear, but cannot promise that every statement is complete, current or suitable for every setting. External resources may change. Verify important details with the responsible authority or relevant professional. Site access and tool availability may be interrupted or changed.

Worked scenarios are illustrative unless expressly identified as documented events. Images do not imply that this site organized the pictured activities or that pictured people endorse the guidance.

Using the content

You may read the guides and use their general ideas to plan your own activities. Copyright and other rights in original text, site design, photographs, referenced works and third-party materials remain with their respective rights holders. No general license to republish photographs, copy protected artworks or commercially redistribute the site is granted by these terms.

Short quotations with attribution may be permitted by applicable law. For wider reproduction of site text, contact us. Your own original input to the composer remains yours; generating a pitch does not transfer its rights to the website.

Messages and submissions

Send only material you are entitled to share. Do not send confidential information, unlawful content or identifiable participant details without a suitable basis. An unsolicited idea does not create a confidentiality agreement, publication commitment, commission, payment obligation or guaranteed response.

We may review a message to respond or consider an editorial correction. Publication of an attributed contribution would require an appropriate separate agreement or permission. See the privacy notice for information about correspondence.

The local composer

The tool produces editable plain text in your browser. You are responsible for reviewing the result before copying, downloading or sending it. Device permissions may prevent automatic copying or downloads. Keep your own copy of important work; the site does not provide draft storage, message delivery or recovery.

External references and liability

Links and named references are provided for further exploration. They do not create affiliation, endorsement or control over another website, organization, artist or publication.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, completeness or suitability, and responsibility is not accepted for loss caused by reliance on general information as project-specific professional advice. Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer or other statutory rights.

Questions and updates

Contact [email protected] with questions about these terms or to report a content concern. The terms may be updated as the site changes. Check this page when using a new function or planning a new use of the material.
