Browsing and technical delivery
The supplied site code does not include analytics, advertising pixels, third-party embedded media or account registration. Images, scripts and styles are requested from the site itself. Delivering a website necessarily involves technical information such as an IP address, requested URL and browser connection details being processed by hosting infrastructure. Infrastructure may create security or access logs under its operating arrangements; the page code does not control those settings.
The project pitch composer
Text entered in the composer is processed in the current browser tab. The tool does not send it to a server, store a draft in local storage or automatically email it. The copy control writes the reviewed pitch to your device’s clipboard when supported and authorized. The download control creates a plain-text file locally.
Your browser or device may have its own form-restoration, clipboard synchronization or download history features. Shared devices can expose text and downloaded files to other users. Clear or remove those records using your device controls when appropriate. Do not enter sensitive personal information about contributors.
If you email us
Emailing voluntarily provides your address, message content and any attachments, along with normal email metadata. Correspondence may be used to respond, assess an editorial suggestion, investigate a correction, protect the site or meet legal obligations. Please share only information necessary for that purpose and avoid sending private participant stories or images without permission.
Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, responding to requested correspondence may involve legitimate interests in operating an informational website, steps requested before an agreement, or compliance with legal duties, depending on the context. Consent will be sought where it is the required basis for a separate use. Sending an idea is not consent to publish your identity or message.

Correspondence should be kept only as long as reasonably needed for its purpose, dispute handling or applicable legal requirements, then deleted or minimized. The appropriate period depends on the nature of the message. Provider backups and technical logs may follow separate retention schedules. Ask us about a specific message if you need a more precise answer.
