Understand Cookies and Local Storage

The guides do not need an advertising profile. Here is how the supplied site code handles storage, and what your device may keep separately.

What cookies and storage are

Cookies are small pieces of information a website can ask a browser to retain and send with later requests. Local storage and session storage are separate browser mechanisms that scripts can use to retain information. These technologies can support necessary functions, preferences or tracking, depending on how they are used.

What the site’s own code uses

The supplied HTML and JavaScript do not set cookies, use local storage or session storage, or include analytics and advertising scripts. The mobile navigation and animation state exist only in the current page. The project composer does not retain a draft for a future visit.

Website hosting, delivery infrastructure or a separately supplied site-wide consent service may have their own necessary storage behavior. Any such service should explain the actual purposes, duration and choices in its own displayed controls. This page does not claim to inventory services outside the supplied page code.

Clipboard and downloaded text

Choosing Copy text asks your browser to write the pitch to your device’s clipboard. This is not a cookie. Your operating system may retain clipboard history or synchronize it with other devices under your settings.

Choosing Download .txt creates a file on your device. Clearing site cookies does not delete that file. Browser form restoration, cached files and download history are also distinct from cookies and may require separate controls.

External links

The guides link to external reference sites but do not embed their scripts or media. Following a link opens a separate website that may use its own cookies or tracking technologies. Review that site’s notice and choices before sharing information.

Managing your choices

Your browser’s privacy settings usually let you inspect and delete site data, block cookies and control permissions. The exact steps depend on the browser and device. Restricting storage may affect functions added by the hosting platform, while disabling JavaScript prevents the local composer and mobile menu control from operating.

If a separate consent interface is displayed on the deployed website, use it to review or change the choices it manages. Browser deletion and a service’s consent controls are different mechanisms; deleting data may cause that service to ask again.

Questions

Contact [email protected] with the page address and the storage behavior you are asking about. Do not send a full browser log if it contains private tokens or personal information. Read our privacy notice for broader information about browsing and correspondence.
